I just came across this Web page, entitled “INTERNET USAGE STATISTICS - The Big Picture“. It’s about the compilation of world Internet users everyday. The statistics has compiled that Asian users are the most as listed in the world Internet statistics. As the above picture showed, Asian comprised of the 35.5% of the aforesaid statistics. I believed it is much due to the increased number of Internet users in China. A day ago, CCTV of China has ran a story in pertaining to this issue. This article talked about the Chinese Internet users has increased by almost one-third during the year 2006 and the number of users has increased to 132 million.

However, the data has also showed that the Internet penetration, which I think is the most important consideration when determining whether if Asian users are dominate the world Internet usage, is still far fall behind the North America, Australia/Oceania, Europe, and Latin America.
