Apple, Google, and Microsoft have made themselves as one of the America’s most admired companies in 2007, according to FORTUNE magazine. Apple is ranked No. 7, Google, No. 8, and Microsoft is in the 12th place, and the other companies I’m not cover here are from the industries other than information technology. Though the most powerful way or strategy to prevail in global competition is still invisible to most of the people including us, but how the companies be judged and selected on their ability to be listed in the most admired firms are based on the following: innovation, people management, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment, and quality of their products and services. In addition, the above result is based on the vast corporate survey that questioned more than 3,000 people throughout several different industries. And one special thing that need to be stated here is Google in matter of fact is a newcomer for this special recognition.
