Zhubajie Raised $10 Million

A startup called Zhubajie that based in Chongqing, China has raised $10 million in last week, according to this article (in Mandarin). It was a rare success for a startup in China that initially started in a humble beginning with capital investment of 2,000, made its debut in China in September last year. The angel investor was also a technology firm from Chongqing. Zhubajie, its name was derived from a comedy character in Chinese’s movie, i.e. Journey To The West, has more than 200,000 members, from business organizations to non-profit organizations. According to the aforesaid article, they’re planning in launching the English version of their site in the near future.
Zhubajie was a platform that designed for businesses strategically outsource their activities. It will charge as high as 20% of the fee for a particular deal.
