Today Box.net, an online storage vendor has launched a service to put its online storage one step further, that is collaboration beta. According to Box.net, it is a new collaboration feature enables you to share folders with colleagues, friends, and family who also have Box.net accounts. For users who have tried some other online storage services, you know the overall market size is big, and a lot of these vendors offer these services based on versioning, and some don’t charge their services. However, the barriers to entry are small, adding more features will probably make an online storage service sounds more attractive, and appealing to most of the users.

Currently, Box.net offers three versions of online storage for individual user, 1G for free, $7.95 for 5G and $19.95 for 15G, all are advertisement free.
