Kyte.tv Raises $15 Million in Round B

Kyte.tv today announced it has raised $15 million in a round B financing, now that this online video firm is well-funded and comes with the added hype of being funded by several mobile communications companies. Venture capitalists are included Telefonica, Nokia Growth Partners, DoCoMo Capital, Inc., Swisscom, Holtzbrinck Ventures and Draper Fisher Jurveston. Kyte.tv has raised $2.25 million in Series A financing in last year and thus, these two rounds has made the total amount raised by Kyte to $17.5 million.
Kyte successfully touted few venture capitalists are mainly because of its mobile Web technologies. They’ve recently put a lot of emphasis on mobile video service, read Kyte’s blog would see the updates of its Kyte mobile Web features nearly every week.
